October 2011 – Las Vegas – Raster Media’s very own Geoffrey Radcliffe was recently honored with a nomination at the Top Tech Exec Awards held in Las Vegas, Nevada on September 8, 2011 at the Keep Memory Alive Event Center at the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health. The yearly event is sponsored by Cox Communications and Vegas Inc. Magazine.

Even though Geoffrey did not take home the prize this time around, he described the experience as motivating, fulfilling and ultimately flattering. As the spokesperson for Raster Media and a spokesperson for the tech industry in general, Geoff wanted to take a few minutes to express his gratitude for his nomination, his admiration for his peers and to talk a little bit more about the overall experience of the event.

“It was an honor to be nominated for this award amongst such innovative, talented and hard-working people. It was an absolute pleasure to be in their presence and I found the experience to be educational and motivating.”

“The night was a huge success and I am very grateful to Cox Communications and Vegas Inc. magazine for putting on such a fantastic event year after year,” Geoff continued.

“I have been working in the tech industry for over 10 years, in one capacity or another, and this type of nomination makes all the sleepless nights, the nights thinking about what more I can be doing for our clients, the nights spent making sure I am up to date with all the new trends and the nights spent thinking about what I can be doing better, worth it. I am excited at the prospect of another opportunity to win next year because it keeps me motivated to keep pushing the boundaries of what is possible in this industry and to keep searching for new ways to provide the best service and products possible to our clients. This nomination, in my head, takes my job to another level because I no longer just represent Raster Media, but I now represent tech executives for the entire city of Las Vegas – it is a great honor and I want to make sure I continue to live up to that expectation.”
